Trips to Israel

BZD recognizes that all the education and programming it brings to Baltimore can never substitute for actually traveling to Israel. That's why BZD's Israel Experience Committee offers a variety of trips throughout the year.

For children and young adults, BZD organizes Israel excursions each summer for Jewish tenagers, and during winter break for Jewish college students.

For adults, BZD organizes missions in which both Jews and non-Jews are invited to meet with Israeli political and cultural leaders in small groups. These missions offer not only a tour of the beautiful Israeli countryside, but also a remarkably close look at the inner workings of a nation, an opportunity impossible almost anywhere else in the world.
