BZD's Signature Event
BZD’s signature event has been a major event on the Baltimore Jewish community’s calendar for decades.

Event is named for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis. The Brandeis Award is given annually to a prominent national or international figure renown for passionate advocacy for a safe and secure Israel.

BZD’s Humanitarian Award is given to a Baltimore-area individual, couple, family, or foundation for devotion to Israel and philanthropy.

The event is a multi-sensory experience reflecting a distinctively Israeli feel.

Hear an inspiring and provocative talk by our Brandeis Award recipient. Great night to re-connect with friends and leave inspired.
